Alvenda Digital offers transparent, competitive pricing tailored to each project's scope and requirements. Our pricing structure is designed to provide clarity and avoid unexpected costs.

Hourly Rates

Our standard hourly rate is $80, with a minimum charge of $80 for any work undertaken. Fixed-price quotes are provided for larger projects based on estimated hours and deliverables.

Deposits

For projects exceeding $500, a 50% deposit is required before work commences. This secures your place in our schedule and demonstrates commitment to the project.

Payment Terms

Progress payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones. Final payment is required within 14 days of project completion and handover. Late payments may incur a 10% fee per month.

Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with 7 days' notice. Cancellations made after work has commenced will be charged for all hours worked to date, plus any non-refundable third-party costs incurred.

Alvenda Digital follows a structured process designed to ensure clarity, collaboration, and successful outcomes for every project.

1. Discovery: We begin by learning about your business, goals, target audience, and specific requirements. This may involve questionnaires, meetings, or workshops to ensure we fully understand your needs.
2. Proposal: Based on our discovery, we provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. We welcome questions and revisions until you're completely satisfied.
3. Agreement: Once you approve the proposal, we issue a formal agreement and request the deposit (if applicable). Work commences once these are received.
4. Execution: Our team works on your project, providing regular updates and seeking feedback at key milestones. We believe in collaborative development and welcome your input throughout.
5. Review: Before final delivery, you have the opportunity to review the work and request revisions within the agreed scope. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with the outcome.
6. Delivery: Upon your approval and final payment, we deliver all agreed assets, provide handover documentation, and offer training if required.
7. Support: We offer ongoing support options and are available for future updates, enhancements, or new projects.

By engaging Alvenda Digital for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement once a proposal is accepted and work commences.

Scope of Work

The scope of work is defined in the project proposal. Any changes to this scope may require additional time and cost, which will be documented in a variation agreement. We reserve the right to decline out-of-scope requests without prejudice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may extend project timelines and incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all content provided.

Timeline Estimates

Project timelines are estimates based on typical workflows. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.

Revisions

The proposal includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this allowance will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

Warranty

We warrant that all deliverables will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days following delivery. This warranty covers bugs and errors but does not cover issues arising from third-party services, client modifications, or changes to platform requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Alvenda Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

Client Materials

You retain all rights to any content, images, logos, or materials you provide for your project. By providing these materials, you warrant that you have the right to use them and grant Alvenda Digital a license to incorporate them into the deliverables.

Alvenda Work Product

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including custom designs, code, and content. Alvenda Digital retains the right to use elements of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Resources

Some projects may incorporate third-party resources such as stock images, fonts, plugins, or open-source libraries. These items remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements or ongoing costs.

Pre-Existing Materials

Alvenda Digital retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, including code libraries, frameworks, and design elements used across multiple projects. You receive a license to use these materials as part of your deliverables but do not gain ownership of the underlying assets.

For projects involving hardware procurement or physical goods:

Procurement

Alvenda Digital can assist with hardware procurement as part of IT services. Hardware costs are passed through at cost plus any supplier fees. We do not markup hardware prices.

Warranties

Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer or supplier, not Alvenda Digital. We will assist with warranty claims where possible but cannot guarantee warranty outcomes.

Returns

Hardware returns are subject to supplier policies. Special-order items may not be returnable. Restocking fees may apply for returned items.
